SHIPPING & TRACKING

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA, with international delivery available. Orders are processed within 1-3 days and dispatched the next business day.

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, shipping status is out of our control, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please contact the courier directly. Ensure your delivery address is correct, as we are not liable for errors or unsafe addresses.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer standard and expedited options, with rates calculated at checkout.

PRODUCT VARIATION & UNIQUENESS

Each item is crafted in small batches, resulting in subtle variations in color, size, and finish. These natural differences reflect the inherent qualities of natural stone and celebrate the unique character of every piece - what makes it truly one of a kind.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items, subject to approval. All approved returns are issued as store credit equal to the original purchase price, valid for one year from issuance.

To request a return or exchange, please contact hello@adamahstudio.co within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original product box and packaging.

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage. International orders are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or materially defective, regardless of exclusions, we will work with you to reimburse, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved exchanges will be issued as store credit toward a future purchase.

Please note: Natural variations in stone, color, size, and finish are not considered defects. Damage from normal wear or improper use is not considered a fault.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try our hardest! If you have made an error in your delivery address please email hello@adamahstudio.co.

CURRENCY, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that all payments made on this site are in U.S. dollars. We ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis and do not cover any customs, duties or taxes applied to orders. These additional costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are at the receiver’s expense. For further information regarding payable customs, duties or taxes please check with your relevant customs authority.
